Prof. SAJU ELIAS, DEAN - Academics & Administration of Gurudeva Institute of Science And Technology (GISAT). Prof. Saju Elias is having total experiences of 31 years, with wide exposure both in industry academia, enabling valuable professional teaching to the students for their all-round developments.He took his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University and Post Graduation in Industrial Engineering & Management from RIT Govt Engg, Kottayam under M.G. University. He started his career in Industrial field in 1990 and his experience with engineering education stretches back from 2002. He has attended various Training Programmes, Seminars, Conferences and presented Papers. He has guided several innovative student-projects and produced progressive academic excellence. In his previous experience, he proved to be capable of handling responsibilities at senior level and while serving as HOD of Mechanical Engg Department, Acting Principal etc played key roles in taking important decisions related to the administration of the college.

He is a member of Academic External Auditors of APJA KT University. Apart from above he is closely associated with the administration of all colleges of Malankara Orthodox Church (MOC Colleges) as Governing Board Member and one of the elected members of Managing Committee of the Sabha Association. His objective is to pursue a challenging career and be a part of a progressive institution that gives scope to enhance knowledge, skills and reach the pinnacle in this field with sheer determination, dedication & hard work. He can work individually or as a team member and has great skill in organizing things from scratch to shine. He envisages a positive learning environment that maximizes the potential of students, in the cognitive, social and moral domains so as to achieve excellence in an all-round education.
